FOOD. Asparagus D’Orange

Keep It Simple.

This dish presents well and is so easy.

1. Boil or blanch  desired amount of asparagus.

2. Squeeze orange overtop.

3. Crumble hard boiled eggs on top, 2-3 per bunch of asparagus.

4. Finish with a nice crumbly sea salt. Viola!
